Good box, long shipping
I ordered the Lockenbox monatsabo a few weeks ago, my first time trying a curly hair subscription. The box itself had a good mix of products, mostly Deep Conditioner and some Locken-Gel. Everything was CG Method approved as advertised. I liked the Scalp Massager they included; it felt nice. Shipping took almost 10 days to get to me in Texas, which felt a bit slow. Customer support answered my email about tracking after 2 days, so that was okay. Overall, the product quality was solid for the price, but the wait was a bit much.
Decent Deep Conditioner
Bought a Deep Conditioner. It shipped okay. Product works fine for my hair. No problems with the order. Took a week to arrive. Happy with it.
Reliable for styling cream
This was my third time ordering from Lockenbox, I usually just get their Styling Cream and maybe a Leave-in Conditioner. I've used them before and they're consistent. The cream works well for my curls, doesn't leave them crunchy. This order arrived in about 6 days, which is pretty standard for them. Packaging was good, everything arrived without leaks. I keep coming back because their products just work for me and I don't have to guess.
